Shipping Policy:
All products are purchased directly from the respective shop at the Souq.
We ship bulk products from Baghdad to the USA every two weeks. Your order will be bundled with other customers’ order(s) and shipped to our sorting and distribution agent local in the USA.
Each product will be wrapped in a proper way to protect it from damages, and shipped to the final destination by our agent using USPS.
Estimated delivery time is approximately 2 to 4 weeks. Sometimes we can deliver faster depending on the time of placing the order.
Return Policy:
All products are hand made, so actual received product may not be identical to the photos on site. Our buyer in Baghdad will hand pick the products and make sure there are no defects or anomalies exist.
Our Agent in the USA will inspect all products before shipping to final destination.
